How is that fascism? Is it not wrong to deny someone simply because of their sexuality?
See this post. Suppose I knock on your door and tell you that I want to rent out your upstairs bedroom for an hour or two to molest children. Would you deny me just because of my sexuality? I hope and pray you do.
Oh, yeah, ask the kids. They say it's fun! I've trained them well.
You say you will impose your notions of "consent" on them. You will say they are legally incapable of "consenting" to molestation.
Every state in the United States used to impose a notion of consent which held that nobody can "consent" to an act which is contrary to "The Laws of Nature and of Nature's God."
Fascism is when the government sticks a bayonet in your gut and tells you who you must or cannot associate with, or do business with.
Private action toward the same goal may be immoral, but it's not technically "fascism."
